Tarra Judson Stariell, LMFT, founded The Center for SELF Discovery in 2001 to provide a place of healing for her clients as well as those of the other clinicians practicing at the Center. Within a garden setting nestled in Old Escondido at 327 South Ivy Street, clients have access to a variety of clinicians and modalities.
